About

Sitter Desk is the back office for a one-person pet sitting business: drop-in visits at clients' homes, overnight boarding at yours, and dog walks in between. It was built around how a working sitter actually runs things, with the chores sitters like least done for them. THE FOUR-DOG LIMIT, KEPT FOR YOU Set how many dogs you'll board at home. Every night on the calendar fills with paw slots as stays are booked, so a full Thanksgiving is obvious at a glance. Try to book a fifth dog and Sitter Desk names the nights that clash before anything is saved. Cats on drop-in visits and your own pets never count against it. MESSAGES THAT WRITE THEMSELVES Booking confirmations, deposit reminders, the day-before note, balance due and a thank-you are drafted from the booking: names, dates, the total and a Venmo link with the exact amount. Today shows which ones are due. Send by text or email, snooze one, or edit the wording once and keep it. PRICED THE WAY YOU CHARGE Overnights and 30-minute drop-ins, holiday rates that switch on by themselves for the nights that need them, and a deposit as a percent or a flat amount. Raise your prices and keep chosen long-time clients on their old rates. A confirmed stay keeps the price it was quoted. MONEY WITHOUT A SPREADSHEET See what's still owed and what came in this month. Mark a deposit or balance paid by Venmo, check (with the check number), cash or anything else. Export the year to Excel at tax time. CLIENTS, PETS AND THE HOUSE KEY Owners, addresses, vets and emergency contacts. Feeding, medications and special-needs warnings for every pet, gathered into one care list for tonight that you can text to a helper. Door codes and alarm notes stay on this phone, locked behind Face ID, and never go into an export. WALK REPORTS ON A MAP Start a walk and the route draws on the map as you go, even with the phone in your pocket. Tap Pee or Poop at each stop. The owner gets a text with a map of the route, the time and the miles, sent right away or with that day's update. UPDATES, PAPERWORK AND SIGNING After a visit, text the owner photos and a quick note, with an optional report card PDF. Clients sign a service agreement, vet release or key release on your phone with a finger. Invoices, receipts, care sheets and statements go out through the share sheet. BRING YOUR LIST WITH YOU Import clients from the Excel or CSV file you keep today, whatever its columns look like. Sitter Desk reads the headings, shows what it matched, and lets you fix any column before saving. Undo removes exactly what an import added. No account for you or your clients. Everything lives on your phone, and bookings can go to any calendar on your iPhone, including one you already share. Free for up to 3 clients with every feature. Sitter Desk Pro adds unlimited clients and your own logo on everything you send: yearly with the first two weeks free, or monthly. Either plan keeps renewing until you turn it off in your Apple account settings; do that a day or more before the renewal date and you won't be billed again. New: walk reports. Start a walk from any booking and Sitter Desk draws the route on a map, even with your phone locked in a pocket. Tap Pee or Poop as you go, then text the owner the map with the time and miles, or save it and send it with that day's update.
