App keeps crashing
Tried to purchase with app15 offer but every time I view the product it keeps freezing and crashing. Useless.

I love Petal & Pup and have purchased many items from them.
I love the app as it often offers deals and discounts and is very easy to use. The only thing I prefer about the website is that it has a size guide, whereas the app doesn’t.

Love the app so far. It would be good to have the size guide option. I can view this online but not through the app. Maybe that will update soon. Thanks P&P x
Glitchy and difficult
Doesn’t contain the link to the size guide like it does on the website. The app is glitches all the time. I’ve given up on the app and only use the website. When you try and do a return through the app, only a select number of exchange items show up in the list. Just use the website!

Horrible app
I never bother to write a review, unless it an amazing thing to share my experience or when it’s horrible and requires product attention. Sadly, it’s because it was an absolute let down considering I’ve enjoyed shopping from your online site.Using the app is fine, the problem is failed viewing of images (thumbnails of products) which don’t appear for many items.
So I’ve had to scroll down and then scroll back up for them to appear, click on the clothing and then click back or image won’t show all together. Huge barrier for customers wanting to browse your items, and can’t see your actual range. Please fix, and while you are fixing the bugs, make sure your website is still accessible. Because of this, you’ve lost a shopper and have moved onto other clothing sites because it’s easier to navigate and see their range.

Absolutely regret ever using this company
The fact that the clothes don’t look like the picture, they charge you $ 8.95 to ship and then an extra $9.95 when you want to return the item. It’s ridiculous! Horrible service. Literally spent $20 on absolutely nothing other than frustration and regret
