Do you have a forum?

Hello, i’ve recently started to use your product. Along with the app. I was wondering if you had a forum? I’ve seen others with forums. I would really like to talk to others as i have questions that the app doesn’t answer. Also, it would be nice if there were occasionally, positive messages about my progress. Or sometimes a reaction to when I choose the bad, medium or happy face. Like if i click bad, a message saying don’t worry it’s natural to have bad days. For, medium it can say you’re getting there! Even, happy can just be confetti or sparkles. Stuff like that. So it doesn’t feel so clinical and stiff. It is a good app though. Well structured. No apparent glitches. The timer and exercise bit really helps. So i can concentrate at what i need to do. Which in turn, helps me relax. Thank you.

Super cute and very user-friendly!

I really like this app, it makes dilating for my vestibulodynia and vaginismus stress free. I like the fact that the language in it is non-gendered (I'm transgender) and the illustrations are adorable. The timer is perfect.

I'd personally like a little more customizability. Like, to choose from multiple notification sounds!

I also noticed some grammar errors. I'd like it if those were corrected for better clarity.

But most of all, I want a built-in Journaling feature. I need to write about my experiences every day for how I'm feeling about the excersise, or how my symptoms have been throughout the day. So, a section to write notes. Some prompts like "When did you feel the most pain?" or "Did anything help make you feel fewer symptoms today?" would be appreciated too!

Overall, a very good app (and product)!
