What a surprise, just signed up process worked. then Landing at the home screen nothing is working at all, no a single interaction works. Not even scrolling. How is possible this frozen app was approved by apple 🫠😤

No keyboard
Unable to login into the app as no keyboard comes up.
Payment issues
For the past 2 months, I’ve had to call up to pay for and finalise my order.
The App keeps giving messages regarding the payment ranging from incorrect nuance to payment authorisation timed out, but no code is sent to my bank. The exact same thing happened when placing my dog food order of over $350 last month and I figured the issues with the app would be fixed by the time I need to order again. But whatever update you did, has not fixed this issue.
So I put the items in my cart, call up and they have to take payment over the phone using the details of the card that is saved in the app that I tried to pay with and it works for them. Last time they said it was an issue at the time. But clearly it is ongoing.
It’s really inconvenient to order on an app and have to call up to pay. Kind of defeats the purpose of the app. It would be great if you could fix this.
It’s worth adding that I updated the app and refreshed and closed and logged in again I’m still having the same issue.

Cant log in
Cant log back in via facebook. Pointless for those with a loyalty card 🤷🏼♀️
Didn’t even get a chance to use the app.
Downloaded after it being suggested to me, haven’t even been able to use it once, every time I open the app it’s frozen on the page it opens to.

So the whole thing is just frozen
As the title says, downloaded the app, got through the set up screens, get to the app proper and literally all functionality is completely bricked. Issue persists after a reinstall. In dire need of a patch

App now glitchy
This went from a great app to being super glitchy. The screen will glitch (up and down quick movements), the search function will not always work, using the app to talk to customer service will not allow you to re-enter the chat if you close your screen or look at an order number in the app (yet does not end the chat on the worker’s end), unsure if app related but my regular orders do not go through (and customer service was no help). I like Petbarn regardless, and this app was super great up until a month ago. I know software can be a pain, but please fix this. I have closed the app and deleted and redownloaded too. It is also like this on my friends’ phones. Thank you!!

Latest iPhone, latest iOS, the app is frozen. Can't click on anything

Downloaded this app and when I open it the app freezes and is unresponsive. I have restarted my iPhone and it still does not work.
Password Issue
Don’t forget your password. You will be asked to create a new password which won’t work. Then they block you out whilst bombarding you with their stupid virtual assistant.

Wasted half an hour
Accessed originally through Afterpay and had troubles there and downloaded app tried to access my long term account that I created in 2015 and error message after error message. Removing the app and will purchase supplies else where.
