Terrible app, terrible pet tracker

App crashes and doesn't always sync. Tracker doesn't always change and the data isn't accurate. I tried the Fitbark 2 and it's a whole lot better. More accurate AND the data is more useful and easier to read. Waste of money.

Keeps kicking me out.

Cant add in new food items via the scan barcode as it keeps kicking me out of the app also when i try & sync & it also occasionally kicks me out, even after shutting down & restarting my phone & the app. The locate feature is inaccurate, my cat could be 2 meters away & the location function says he’s not in range. Its a cool idea but the app is rubbish.

This app and its devices are rubbish, misleading as to their functions. I would give 0 stars if I could and I’m very unhappy with this rubbish device!!! Don’t waste your money!
