Great app to use to receive money off rewards when spending £10+. So easy to use and with our furbaby being an extra large bread with dietary needs, this helps bring the costs down. The store has a great selection of raw and frozen foods to choose from. The app allows you to order and arrange click and collect for those busy pet owners.

Easy to use great for discounts
Having 6 pets 2 dogs 2 cats and 2 geckos as you can imagine we’re in Jollyes a couple of times a week

Great club
Sends regular vouchers and gives me the chance to gain benefits from my loyalty by awarding stamps at every purchase that are converted then into vouchers. I like that they aren’t related to how much you spend.

Great app loyalty needs work
The app is great it helps when your shopping and there’s a reward system however I filled my stamp card up spending £30-£60 each times and only got a £2 voucher that’s not unimpressive

App is broken
The app is completely broken. I tried to make an account twice, it send a verification code to my email and i put the code in correctly, it said invalid code and now when i try to sign in it just says something went wrong. I can log in to the app on safari, but cannot access the pet club card or add it to my wallet. Useless.

Totally useless
Downloaded the app in store as it was its first day. 7 hours later still trying to verify my account. Keep asking for a code and no email comes and I missed out on an in store discount

Can’t believe the choice of pet food in Jollyes and the the prices are competitive also. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my cat Giggsy now

The Jollyes PetClub app is so easy to use and it’s on my phone so I’ve always got it with me (no more searching through a pile of loyalty cards at the checkout!)
I’m not the biggest of purchasers, but I’ve already enjoyed a discount on joining and another £2 bonus, so I couldn’t be happier 😊

Great app
Glad I signed up to the Jolleyes app, got a £2 off voucher & a 10% discount voucher. I shop at Jolleyes as I always find the staff more knowledgeable than at other pet stores
A great find
Until recently we didn’t know there was a Jollyes in York. Now we have found it , it is our favourite pet store. All the staff are helpful and friendly and the prices are reasonable too.

I have started to shop at jollyes for all my pet supplies. Best place for all raw food, toys, treats and harnesses. Staff are amazing, they are all so helpful and friendly

This is a good plus as it sends you offers from time to time and also every time you shop with your pet club card you receive a paw print, when you’ve collected 5 paw prints you receive a £2 voucher off your next shop.
