A warning would’ve been nice before abandoning the app and users

Years ago, I spent $50 on the Pro version and used the app more times than I can count. I accumulated hundreds of self made samples and then, suddenly, the app no longer opens. I guess I only rented the app.

Good old Fairlight CMI..

But i took the plunge and got the pro upgrade from basic player via IAP. I think personally i would have been better off sticking with basic.

The pro doesn't seem to have all full blown cmi features and for the price its a bit of a let down even with the extra sound libraries. Maybe i have been spoilt by more modern apps and maybe its the way i use it.. (basically/mostly, output to Audiobus, which was not available at first)..
update: no longer use audiobus as there’s auv3 etc but this cmi app doesn’t look like it’s going to get auv3 any time soon ..

Recent updates have monkeyed around with the on screen keyboard. (It went kangaroo, geddit?) Recently it had slimmer keys but they put it back to big old chunky. Puzzling. Why not just allow resizing like most other apps of this type..
Yes, yes, yes, i have recently got the irig midi and a big old keyboard but its not always convenient to break that out!

Cash for Crash

The app would never launch on my phone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. If the app is no longer supported or they have stopped updating it, just remove it from the App Store. I could’ve just donated $10 to them instead paying apple fees🤣-5⭐️
