Crashes
I love PoK, but the app is rubbish and doesn’t load. Their IT or app developers need to pull their finger out and fix this. Why make it harder for me to shop with you?

I tried to open the App (early May) and received an error message.
It appears, from the reviews, that the App’s been down since March?
Peter’s of Kensington is my favourite homeware store and I’ve spent thousands with them over the years.
When I reported the problem I was advised to use the website until the problem is rectified.
Such a pity that they appear to be reluctant to fix their App.

App doesn’t load
Please fix the issue asap, it’s been months and can’t use the app at all. It keeps crashing, stating there’s an error. Will delete it soon if not fixed.

Couldn’t login to my account, it crashes every time.
Pretty basic.
I just downloaded the app and within very first five minutes I lost. The workflow within the app doesn’t seem user friendly at all. I assume you guys don’t have proper mobile app development team. May be it’s a time to pay extra and hire good BA and developers. Happy to change the ratings if I find easy to navigate through the app with the time. I love you guys products though. I’m not criticizing your app. this is honest feedback and I hope you will appreciate it. I work in IT and easily can find this app doesn't cover the basic. Cheers

Very good
Love this app.. beats using the website by a mile! I just want to suggest: when going through wish list, it would be super handy to actually be able to click on the items from there to see more details.

Love your app but just wish your shop did not have so much out of stock its annoying really love something and out of stock and where is Afterpay on here other then that some great bargains
Landscape View
It would be useful to be able to use the app in landscape view.
Favourite bug
App okay for browsing but when attempting to save items by starring, app crashes or returns to main menu. Needs bug fix.
Waited a long time
Have just downloaded the app, well done and thank you! Easy to use, great search and refine function. Went through to checkout but no afterpay option. Will this come?
Could do better
This is supposed to run on older iOS versions but on my iPad mini running 9.3.2 and on my iPod running 8.4 it crashes on opening every time.
This is a shame because this would be much nicer on the iPad and it's bigger screen.
I have contacted support and hope there will be a fix soon.
