Better than University

If you are looking for the highest quality of interesting yet immensely educational lecturing, congratulations, you’ve found it! At a fraction of a University tuition, there isn’t much else you’d be better spending your money on.

From the sciences, to psychology, music, religion, and much much more, they are leaving no stone unturned and sparing no expense for some of the best teachers in these fields and for the best production possible.

They claim ‘World class education’ and it’s an objective truth. I’ve been a student for 2 years now and cannot recommend this service enough!

Amazing content!!! / App could have some more features

I would love to have the IPad app using the whole screen area… maybe it’s just me, but I cannot use a full screen mode with the app, unless I go through an external browser (IPad PRO M1 12.9 inch)

On my smartphone, I would be really excited to watch the video vertically with black background on the top and the bottom, could you possibly add that option for the convenience?

Outstanding.

These courses are phenomenal and beautifully executed! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in themselves! Truly outstanding!

I love this.

The content is great and every time I run into a bug it is almost certainly fixed in the next update. Happy to be the 100th review.

The best!

It’s a blessing what this man was able to accomplish and we have the opportunity to participate, get wiser and stand against evil united! God bless you!

Getting there

I really want Peterson Academy to succeed and I think on the current trajectory it will. My only gripe is that until it has complete syllabus’ (syllabi?) it’s only as good as Hillsdale College online, which is free.

University education at home

Have you ever wanted to learn, to hear to feel history, science, finance ? Have woke agendas stopped you from learning? Join Peterson Academy for education , without the slant of the woke eye. All from your own laptop or smart phone

It's Not Education, It's TED Talks with a Social Media Component

Just to be clear, Peterson Academy is NOT an "academy". It is a online video platform with a social media component. Real learning is more than just watching videos and taking AI quizzes. But if you want to feel like you're learning, feel free to sign up. But if you actually want to learn, this is not where you get an education.

Viewer Buggy

The viewer is buggy, switching from content to quiz and back loses place in quiz. Just not ready for release.

iPad Compatability

The app works on my iPad, but only renders in portrait mode. It would be a huge improvement and worthy of a five star rating if you guys would create a version for iPad. Huge fan of the content.

Feedback

Screen mirroring fails

Superb lecture quality.

Peterson Academy is by far the best educational service I have ever had. Even as a pre-launch member, the videos have been of the highest quality from day one. The weekly rate of new lectures is incredible. Peterson Academy is easily the best investment I’ve made online in education.

Terrible platform, ordinary lectures

No smooth transition between listening in lock screen and watching video directly. Lectures start out quite interesting and then either regurgitate or drift off into unsubstantial, impractical academia jargon.

Educational Failure

BSN in nursing and with the GI bill I still have more than $20,000 in loans. One out of those four years taught me information I did not know (pre-req and arbitrary nonsense took up the rest); Peterson Academy is something new with every individual lesson.

Incredible Content, Disappointing Functionality

Running into multiple issues as it relates to the functionality of the app. Downloaded ten different lectures and upon attempting to watch them on a flight, all of them froze after 10-20 seconds and would not play further. Subtitle functionality also disappeared while attempting to use downloaded content - moot point since it didn’t allow me to play the lecture anyway. Also running into other minor bugs in the app, but all tolerable enough to look past.

Honestly, couldn’t be happier with the content, but the backend side of the app needs some serious help.

Playback errors. App freezes on multiple attempts to play downloaded videos.

I’ve sent several technical bugs via the app, and no replies or acknowledgement of the playback error messages for downloaded content. I’m eager to learn but not if the app blocks me from content I’ve paid for.

The app doesn't let you in!

Having paid for a year, I downloaded the app as soon as I saw one was available, but unfortunately my web login doesn't work on the app.

I don't want to be an arse & rate it badly, but can someone let me in please?!

Great but a couple issues

The app doesn’t seem to sync to the same progress that I have via the browser? In the recommended videos section of the app, it’s showing lectures that are 2 or 3 behind rather than the one I’m currently watching.

Also, at the end of the lecture, there’s apparently no “go to lecture 2” button? I only have the option to go back to the man page, and have to navigate around to find lecture 2

Good content; terrible app

I’ve listened to a few courses, which are pretty good. The app is difficult to navigate, though. It offers to continue lectures you’ve already completed, and fails to offer the next lecture once one has been completed, forcing you to pick through the menu to find the next class.

It’s as though the developers never bothered to use the app themselves.

Very premium

High quality content, beautiful interface, great social media platform to connect with other like minded individuals. Everything about this is quality and class.
