It’s very easy to use and has a lot of features to keep track of medications and appointments and my favorite photos and other things
Best Pet App EVER
PetFetch is excellent in so many ways; from allowing photos to be added, a notes section and veterinary/medical information, it is the perfect tool for anyone who feels their pets are more than pets...they're family.
While the app itself is impressive, the best thing about PetFetch is the customer service and support. I emailed them after thinking I'd lost all my information, and Michael not only responded within hours, but he retrieved my original account information and reset my account (he painstakingly looked up the pet names and other info I provided), and he did it all within the day. I couldn't be more pleased--they're deserving of much more than a 5 star rating!

Awesome App & Support
Easy to use and stores all the info I need to track my dog’s overall health. Excellent support provided by PetFetch to research and resolve a password reset issue. Will recommend to all my friends!
Brilliant support
We were using this app for a couple of years with no problems and thought it was great.
Suddenly it’s been updated without notice and we had lost all our customers data after contacting support it was fixed. Brilliant

I have used this app for years and absolutely LOVE it. It allows me to easily keep track of all that is important in terms of my pets’ health. For me, definitely one of my more important apps.

Super Glitchy
I downloaded this app to try to keep track of my dogs’ vet appointments, vaccinations, etc. When I found I couldn’t add more than two pets, i went for the paid subscription. I have no problem paying for quality apps and this seemed like a bargain. Except it has a lot of issues.
For medications, you can’t put in reminders for anything other than daily. So if I need a reminder for heart worm preventative every 28 days, that is not an option.
It won’t save my vet as default. Sure, it says it’s saved, but when I try to save that vet for another dog, it says I have no vet saved. Seems kind of dumb to have to re-enter the same vet info for each of my dogs and then save as default separately. This app doesn’t seem to be geared towards pet owners - maybe dog sitters?
When I try to enter a location for an appointment, the app completely crashes.
So, this is good in theory but needs a lot of updates to be in any way useful.

I can’t think of anything it doesn’t have that I need. It’s worked for me for years.

Hoje em dia, existem pouquíssimos aplicativos que funcionam apenas offline. Compreendo a sua preocupação, mas, para a maioria dos usuários, essa é realmente a melhor opção para garantir que seus dados permaneçam acessíveis ao trocar de dispositivo ou caso esqueçam a senha. Sinto muito saber que isso não funcionou para o seu caso de uso.
Good so far despite calendar glitch
Easy to use and pretty comprehensive. However, it crashes when you try to add a location to appointments.
Reminders don’t work
I like the set up. However, in the free version, reminders will not let you change the frequency from daily. I don’t know if this will work in the paid version or not.
It also seems there’s no way to contact the developer, and there have been no updates for two years, so my guess is this app is no longer being supported. So why would I spend money on an app not being supported on a slight chance that the feature I want most might work?

Useful and very good
PetFetch is the best application in Pet Health Apps category: it has a logical, simple interface, has no unnecessary functions and is very pretty.
I am waiting for the update, even for the paid version.

Not what I expected
Im able to use the scheduling feature, but I am NOT able to add a location with the map feature AND I am not able to add any pictures of my pets. I’d be happy to change the stars on this as soon as it gets fixed...

Awesome app! Fantastic features and a must have for pet owners. The developer is very helpful and quick to assist with any issues. I highly recommend PetFetch 👍
Pretty Good But Crashes
I find this app very useful. I do think it is more made for people that handle a ton of other people’s pets such as trainer, walker, sitter, etc. But I am none of those things and I find it useful. However, it does crash fairly often, as in multiple times in a 20 minute period.
Crashes every time, can’t even open the app
When I first downloaded the app, it was great and I loved it! However, every time I try to open it now, it waits like it’s loading and then crashes. I can’t see any of my pets information anymore and it won’t let me open the app. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading but nothing works. Disappointed because this would’ve been one of my regular apps :(
