PetGo 3.0 — our biggest update yet. VERIFICATION • Your ID and DBS verification status now shows consistently across your profile, Buddy and Pack. Verify once and it appears everywhere. • DBS checks now tell you results usually arrive within 24 hours, and a payment that doesn't complete is recovered automatically instead of leaving you stuck. FOR BUSINESSES • New business types: publishers, event organisers and pet-friendly venues — all can now go live, and pet-friendly venues can take bookings. • Clearer licensing guidance. Dog walking no longer incorrectly states that a licence is required. • Connect Stripe to take payments, with a clear prompt if your account isn't ready yet. • Connect your Shopify store from My Shop settings. MEMORIES & DIARY • Fixed the New Memory composer — tagging pets and choosing photos now respond reliably. • Memory descriptions are editable again, and a failed save no longer leaves stray uploads behind. • Diary entries can be saved after editing just the title. HEALTH & SCHEDULE • Prescriptions can now be deleted. • Insurance renewal reminders no longer duplicate. • Schedule items save their Purpose, and new items default to a sensible start time. IPAD • Extensive layout work — sheets, settings rows and profile screens are correctly sized and reachable. Also: a faster Shop, refreshed Discover and Socials, and a large number of stability and reliability fixes throughout.
