What is your pet trying to tell you? PetHunch is a fun, curious way to get to know your dog or cat a little better. Record a short sound, tell the app what's happening around your pet, and get a friendly AI guess about what they might be trying to express. PetHunch doesn't pretend to "translate" animals. Instead it combines three things — the sound itself (loudness, rhythm and pitch, analysed on your device), the situation you pick, and what research tells us about dog and cat sounds — into an educated guess, with an honest confidence level. How it works • Tap the big mic button and record 3–10 seconds • Pick the situation (hungry, wants to play, meeting a stranger, and more) • Get an AI guess: a friendly interpretation, why the app thinks so, a confidence level, an intensity read, and a suggested next step • Tell the app if it was right — it learns your pet's patterns over time No random answers PetHunch is deterministic: the same sound in the same situation always gives the same guess. When the evidence is thin, the app lowers its confidence and tells you so instead of inventing certainty.
