Still can’t log in
I read another review that had the same issue, issues logging in. At first I thought I had the wrong app even, realized I didn’t. The logging in needs fixed so we can use the app.
New pet owner
Unable to log in from app. All information has been entered correctly. Had to log in from desktop. Heads up: microchip dos not equal gps tracker.

As someone else already mentioned, i’m able to log in through the browser but not the app with the same information
Terrible
This app is the absolute worst! $175 one time payment! Or $50 a year! Just to keep track of your beloved pet! And the app doesn’t even work properly or even have on time response.
PetLink app
I went through all kinds of changes to get this app & try to be able to log into it, but had to, in the end, do it online. Finally got it all fixed & when I tried to login on the app it says invalid login! What! So I went back to the online sign in & was able to login? I reached out to support to let them know the problem & I was told that there isn’t an app available for the public only professional? Why do they even have the app available to the public then? How do you report your pet missing? Why did I have to upgrade just to be told I can’t use the app. Stupidity app!

Not able to log in
Like others have stated, my account isn’t working on the app. I’m able to log into the website through a browser but this app says “invalid login” when my credentials are in fact - valid. I’m logged into the website just fine.

Can’t login to the app but I can log into the website…… on my phone…. App login needs to get fixed
App could be much better
Whereas this makes me feel safer if I ever lost my dog the app itself is very hard to read. The numbers and letters are so small I can hardly see them even with my readers on. I thought if I tapped the individual activity it would just show me that one with bigger numbers and letters. The app most definitely needs improvement.

Poor Service
Bought two gps units and two subscriptions. Turns out there is no way to apply the subscriptions through the app, you have to purchase another. Support was no help so the units were returned.
Works Good with some issues
Short battery life if you want constant real time tracking. My alerts are delayed. The settings are not easily configured and it’s clunky at best. With that said: if I notice my dogs missing, I can put the device in “live” mode and find them fairly quickly. There are probably better options but the value is definitely there in these colllars and the app. Hopefully, they will make some useful updates

Unanswered email
I have been waiting on an email from PetLink for over a week for a code I need to activate the tracking device. I keep getting a message to check my email which I do multiple times a day. I’m going to return the tracker and order from Tractive. This is ridiculous
Terrible app
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. And please save yourself a massive headache if you have two dogs with their gps devices. Makes me think this was an afterthought—no company that cares about it’s paying customers releases garbage like this.
Did monkeys design this app?
So frustrated. Can’t connect to the subscription that I’ve already paid for, and there’s no place in the app to do anything until you connect. So stupid. I designed software for years and we never would have allowed an app out the door like this. This isn’t even beta ready. Makes me regret buying the device. If customer service doesn’t solve this by tomorrow it’s all going back.

Fix This App!
Zero stars. I was super excited to see there was an app for PetLink. It was literally encouraged to download the app via being logged into my account on their website. What a disappointment. Log-in says neither my email or password exist! Now how can that be? Fix this app! What a waste of phone space. 😤

Great product. The data and confidence from the added tracking is priceless.
Finally, a light and smaller GPS tracking for pet owners. We are much more comfortable knowing we know exactly where are dogs are, not hoping someone with an iPhone will be close enough to our dog! Thank you, PetlinkGPS.
