Misleading
Like another reviewer said, they offer a free trial, but in order to actually test any of the features you have to fully sign up. I even signed up for a full month service and still cannot use the features. I can only interact with a default cat and dog. The concept is amazing, but the execution is horribly misleading. I literally purchased a month’s worth of playing with some random puppy. This is basically fraud.

It feels like a rip off
Why do I have to pay yearly for a subscription and then have to pay every time I want to interact with the dog I thought that was what the subscription was for it was very misleading and I think people should stay away

I agree with the most recent review it was advertised on Facebook free to try for Three days if cancelled within three days. Than you would be charged $79 DON’T FALL FOR IT I WAS CHARGED THE SAME DAY. They dont answer any inquiries. The app store needs to discipline for their deception
Don’t waste your money
I was tempted to recreate my dog. The portrait was almost identical. But for 100$ yearly no thanks. You have to purchase in app to get them food and toys to interact. Plus theres no sound! The ads showed us being able to interact with them, can’t even do that. Not worth it, ill keep watching the videos i took of him when he was living vs this app.

This is one of the most misleading “free trials” I’ve ever seen. A free trial should let you actually try the app. Instead, you’re allowed to spend your time uploading photos, setting everything up, and then you’re immediately hit with an $80 yearly subscription before you can do anything useful.
You can’t really create videos. You can’t test the features. You can’t decide if the app is worth the money because you’re never given the chance.
That’s like walking into a car dealership, being told you can have a free test drive, and then being told you have to buy the car before they’ll hand you the keys.
If your app is worth $80 a year, let people experience it first. Don’t advertise a free trial if the trial doesn’t actually let people use the product.

You offer a three day trial however, every time I try to use your app, it declines the free trial and forces you to pay. False advertisement. This app should be canceled. Disappointing.

They pretend to offer you a free trial. I activated it and nothing happens. It just takes me back to “Continue customizing” and tries to charge me for the full year. Not paying y’all $80 when I can’t even see what the app does. Seems like a scam.

Terrible
I had big hopes for this. But after uploading several photos with a match saying 100% accuracy, this looked nothing like our dog. Aside from that after the monthly membership it bc it’s even more to do extra things such as feed your dog.
Was good until…
…until they no longer did the daily photo dump that is included in the pro version. And absolute silence when contacting them to ask about it. I really enjoyed it the first two weeks but it’s not worth the $80 if they can’t follow through on what you get with that $80.

You have to pay to see any kind of result or quality of images and videos. Even with the free trial, it will still force you to pay the expensive subscription to use the AI generator

No help with issue
I was really loving this app…it looked so close to my kitty that just passed, I loved opening the app and seeing her moving around. My favorite part was the daily photos of her doing some fun activity, but then all of a sudden those stopped. I’ve reached out multiple times for assistance on this and have gotten no help

Deceptive Free Trial
This app advertise a 3-day free trial, but the moment you try to create an AI video, it blocks you. It forces you to upgrade to the expensive annual subscription just to get the "credits" needed to run the generator. A free trial is completely pointless if you cannot actually test run the app. It is incredibly shameful to use deceptive paywalls that take advantage of grieving people just looking to see a moving memory of a pet they lost. Do not download.

Great app but no sound
I purchased the annual subscription after my pet passed away a few weeks ago. It’s amazing to see how lifelike he looks in the app! My only issue is that none of the videos I create have any sound in them. Is there a fix for this?
