Trusting this app with records is a mistake.

I’m unable to log in and access what were pretty important notes on my dog. I’ve tried to reset my password and contact customer service and neither have been responsive. It was a mistake to count in this app to keep records as now they are lost to me.

No cat breeds

UI is nice, but I even couldn’t create a pet profile as it shoes dog breeds only. Also, there should be an option to put unknown/mixed breed or not to make breed field mandatory

No Breed for cat

It’s need fix on cat breed that I click on cat icon but it keep dog breed on cat icon. I can’t set up for my cats without breed. Unworthy!!!!

Like the idea, needs fix

I like the idea of this app. I downloaded for my new puppy. But now that I’m actually using it, it’s a bit glitchy.

The birthday is off a day. I can adjust it but it won’t save.

I uploaded a photo for vet records. The photo can’t be deleted or edited. And once I’m viewing it, I can’t go back to the prior screen. I need to shut the whole app down and renter.

I hope this gets fixed because it makes the app very awkward and not very useful.

The idea and style is great so I really hope it gets the glitches removed.
