PetMedLog: Medication Tracker

PetMedLog keeps the record for a pet living with a long-term condition. It is a notebook and a reminder, not an adviser: it does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and never calculates or suggests a dose. Every dose in the app is the one you typed in from your veterinarian's prescription. WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU GAVE, AND WHO GAVE IT Every dose, measurement and visit is recorded with the person who logged it and the time they logged it, in plain text at full size. In a household where two people share the care, that line is what stops a second dose being given. A correction never overwrites the original. Both entries stay on the record, so nobody has to guess which one was right. REMINDERS THAT SAY SOMETHING IS DUE, AND STOP THERE A reminder names the pet and the item and tells you it is due. It never repeats the dose, never tells you what to do, and never escalates if you have not answered it. Quiet hours are yours to set. Anything not yet recorded reads "Not logged". Never "missed", never "late", never red. NOTHING IS SCORED No health grade, no adherence percentage, no streak, no badge. Measurements are shown as you entered them, next to the date, and every chart sits beside the table of the same numbers. Anything the app cannot honestly know, it does not say. EVERYTHING YOU RECORD STAYS YOURS Records live in an encrypted database on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics and no advertising, and nothing about your pet leaves the phone unless you export it. Export to CSV or a full backup works on every plan, during the trial and after it - nothing is ever hidden or withheld because a plan lapsed. WHAT A PLAN CHANGES Only how many pets you can add. Reading, recording, reminders and export are never behind a payment. PetMedLog is not a veterinary service and does not provide medical advice. Always consult your veterinarian about your pet's health. SUBSCRIPTIONS Plus and Premium are auto-renewable subscriptions, each offered monthly or yearly. The price for your country is shown on this page and on the Plans screen in the app, in your own currency, before anything is bought. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours of that point.
