Good App
I use this for my cats heating pad. He likes being outside at night so I love the schedule feature so it comes on and turns off automatically. And on colder nights I just go in the app and turn up the heat so he stays warm.
App does not work
Took me forever to get my wifi connected. Finally got that to work but once upload is 100% complete, it’ll time out and start me all over. It’s been house and the app is garbage. I really wanted to be able to control the heater from out home when we’re gone. 0 stars 👎🏻👎🏻
Too many bugs
It seems that they stopped caring about this app. The main interface of the temperature is unreadable mess random charactoers
Everything worked Great
I had no issues with the app. It worked great with my WiFi. Easy set up. Don’t have to do anything different with my password settings. Love it.
Timing not working !!!
I have set up the time… but somehow when it get to the time I set it not even on !!! I turn it off and check the app again when I reach the time set ..still not on ..so I have to turn it on with my app… not sure what a countdown for but seem like it not working too….
Found out how to make wifi connect!
I found wifi would not connect because it won’t pair when security is WPA2. Change router to wpa or mixed and it will pair right away. Then you can change back to wpa2. Everything works perfect after pairing. Also you can use a phone hotspot to test if it will work. Once I did a hotspot and it worked I tried the security settings on home wifi and it worked.

Will not connect.
I followed the instructions in the manual and I keep getting a loading symbol spinning but the app will not connect to the heater. I have been trying for quite a while and no luck. I do not want to return the product but the reason I bought it was so I could control the temperature from my phone.
Buggy but works
Location is marked as City,City when it should be City, State. Then there is some PM2.5 number that just runs across the screen and covers up the air quality data. Chinese characters are visible when choosing location. Very poorly tested app.

Can’t connect the dog house heater to app. The app just spins. Can’t find it or it times out. I’ve been working on this for over 3 hours, changed my router names etc. nothing works. Even deleted the app to start over. Nothing. Garbage.

App never connects to device
Well the title says it all I guess.. when attempting to pair my PETNF air purifier the app never recognizes the device. Even when all steps are followed and all troubleshooting options have been exhausted.

There’s no way to add a new device in the app. Worst app ever.

Bluetooth Fail to Connect
So far I am unable to connect my dog house heater to the app…. I continue to only get a loading circle even when the directions are followed to the T.
