Worst Captains and Worst discounts!

Your Captains on my latest trips are really rude and you only contact me to submit a review during my working hours which is a time I cannot answer the phone in, and your discount codes do not work despite traffic jam, not to mention the horrible GPS of your app that keeps bringing captains to wrong pick spots! Never riding with Petra again!!

The captains are always far far away with alot of needed time to arrive adding to that long time to move towards me after recieving my request. Very bad

The service is very good, professional drivers. Company takes comments seriously. Good prices and has a lot of drivers. I hope they can add the service of showing available cars when opening the app
