User reviews

Doesn’t connect. Doesn’t work.

Not worth the price. (Free) waste of time.

Don’t waste your time

The app is free to download but after that it is useless. The app tells you to connect to a reader. It doesn’t connect to anything it doesn’t work at all. The whole point was to be able to scan for a chip in a lost pet and get the owner’s address or phone to return the pet. Or get the id number on the chip so that I can go online and update my information when I lost the id number without having to take the dog to the vet and pay. But you can’t do anything don’t waste your time.
