About

PetStories brings together everything you need to look after your pets - dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, fish and horses - in one place. A COMPLETE PROFILE FOR EVERY PET Details, photos, microchip, breed and habits. Share the care with family or a pet sitter, with granular permissions: view, edit, manage. CALENDAR AND REMINDERS Vaccinations, vet visits, deworming, flea treatments, grooming, training, birthdays: get a notification before every event, so nothing slips. PHOTO AND VIDEO DIARY Capture the moments that matter with photos, videos and voice memos. Preset categories (eating, playing, sleeping, walking, first time) or your own. A timeline that becomes your pet's story, exportable as a PDF. VETERINARY RECORDS ALWAYS WITH YOU Reports, health booklets, prescriptions, PDFs: keep everything on European servers and share it with your vet in seconds. ADOPT ME - RESPONSIBLE ADOPTIONS Shelters, rescues and associations post the pets looking for a home. Filter by species, size, age and compatibility with children or other animals, then contact the organisation directly. PET SITTING Find a pet sitter near you, or offer yourself as one: profile, services, area and indicative rates. Any arrangement stays between people; the app handles no payments. PET RADAR Vets, pet shops, dog parks, boarding and groomers nearby, with reviews from the PetStories community. A COMMUNITY OF PET PARENTS Posts, questions and answers, groups by breed or species, private messages. With content reporting, user blocking and active moderation. PET-SAFE RECIPES Home-made recipes for dogs and cats, with automatic warnings about ingredients that are toxic to each species. Save your favourites to your own recipe book. BREEDING MANAGEMENT For breeders and owners: heat cycles, matings and pregnancy tracking, with dedicated notifications for dogs, cats and rabbits. MEMORIAL When the time comes, dedicate a memorial page to your pet. The memories stay. PRIVACY AND GDPR Servers in the European Union, HTTPS everywhere, explicit consent for communications. What's New in PetStories

0.31.7

October 10, 2026

This version explains exactly what happens when you delete your account, and makes work safer for people who run shelters and rescues. DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT: WHAT YOU LOSE AND WHAT STAYS Before you confirm, the app tells you what is deleted for good: your personal data, the diary you wrote, your recipes and reviews, the places you added, the attachments in your conversations, and the Pets you own, including for the people you share them with. It also tells you what stays visible to others, without your name and photo: posts, comments, likes and the text of your messages. The same answers are in the FAQ. "DELETED USER" Anyone who has deleted their account now appears everywhere as "Deleted user", in your language, including in messages. FOR SHELTERS AND RESCUES SWITCHING ORGANISATION WITHOUT LOSING ANYTHING If you are creating or editing a Pet, the organisation switcher asks you to confirm before a switch that would make you lose something, and asks you to wait if a save is in progress. The new Pet form stays open when you switch organisation: it removes the volunteers and the companion that belonged to the previous organisation, and tells you so with a notice. A Pet profile from another organisation no longer shows an error: it tells you which organisation it belongs to and takes you back to the list. Editing the organisation profile closes when you switch organisation, so one organisation's details can't end up in another by mistake. The draft stays with the right organisation and is offered again when you go back to it. From "Add to registry", inside the Pet form, the back arrow returns you to the form without losing what you wrote. TWO-STEP VERIFICATION The code you enter to access an organisation is valid for the device where you enter it, until you sign out. A code entered on the web portal or on another phone doesn't count on this one. The operator manual, in the organisation profile, has been updated with all of these changes.
