Won’t even let me log in
You pay all this money for this machine and the app doesn’t even let me log in. Saying my account doesn’t exist and won’t let me log in through Facebook.

So far so good
I was initially concerned given the earlier review but the setup process was all good on my iPhone 13. App features are all working well and the product is responding as you’d expect.
The worst
This app is THE WORST. It’s so clunky, half the time it never works, oh and when my feeder randomly unlinks I near loose my sanity trying to re-link it back up again. PLEASE BUILD A BETTER APP!!
Update App please
Keeps going offline if I view any other pages apart from the opening page after logging in. So disappointing as this was expensive to buy and I was a big fan until lately.
Unable to pair with phone
Unable to set up using either iPhone 11 or se on latest iOS. Seeing that this app hasn’t had an update in over a year, my guess is that it’s a glitch they haven’t registered yet. The product would be amazing otherwise. One can only imagine.
