The scope of users who can view the images has been expanded. Previously, because images are stored in iCloud, they could only be viewed from smartphones or tablets sharing the same Apple ID; however, this update now allows them to be viewed from other devices as well, up until the finalization of the records. This enables the accounting department to view the images even if there is a delay in transmission, ensuring that accounting processes can proceed smoothly. Please note, however, that the images will no longer be viewable after 15 months.
