Highly recommend Pet VRA
My 10 year old, 35lb Cattle dog mix was making this strange noise and started stretching her neck. It sounded like she was choking but it would stop. I didn’t know what to do. I tried calling my Vet first, they put me on a 35 minute hold when I finally got someone on the line they said they were booked out until December and recommended I go to the nearest ER. My friend recommended I download the Pet VRA app I’m glad I did. It was quick, easy to use and after speaking to a Veterinarian I learned it was actually a reverse sneeze which is not uncommon for dogs to do and its not life threatening. Using the Pet VRA telehealth app saved me so much time, money & a stressful trip to the dreaded ER.

Is this a scam?
After signing up and paying the membership fee, I made an appointment. The vet I chose never showed up.
Thinking that this could be a simple error, I tried again with a different vet. Same deal. No show in chat or on camera.
Now I’m out $45 and a lost hour, receiving nothing in return. The app came highly recommended by others who have used it. This is very surprising and frustrating.
The app doesn’t even feature a help or contact section. I had to go to their website to email my experience and still have yet to hear from them.
