поддержка не отвечает, консультации никакой нет

если бы можно было я бы прикрепила фото. оплатила услугу помощь по тг, 900 рублей, написали в чате кто мой врач и что ответит в течении 5 минут. описала проблему, требовалась срочная помощь, ни одна клиника в городе не работала ночью. ждала ждала, через полчаса просто приходит сообщение от бота, что консультация окончена 🤡
