PetzTrove

PetzTrove is an application for pet owners who want to get the double benefit of walking with them. The purpose of the application is to stimulate pet owners to spend more time with pets on a walk, which helps to improve their physical qualities and quality of life. When walking with pets, the PetzTrove application calculates the distance traveled with them and accrues points for it, which allows you to further exchange these points for discount coupons in the Marketplace section of the application. Each coupon gives a discount on pet food in retail chains or services in veterinary clinics. When buying a coupon, you receive a pdf-file in the mail, having printed out which you can exchange for a discount in a certain chain of stores. The mechanism of operation is as simple as possible, but at the same time as convenient and useful as possible. During registration, you indicate the coordinates of your permanent location after which the application is activated only when you leave home and asks you for permission to start calculating the distance traveled. In the application, you can specify the time of the walk in order to exclude unnecessary triggering when leaving the house. PetzTrove does not store user routes, but only the distance traveled during a walk.
