About
Record the sermon. Read it later.
Put the phone face down on the pew and lock the screen. It keeps recording. When you get home there's the audio, a transcript you can search, and somewhere to write down what you actually thought about it.
A WHOLE SERVICE
An hour. Two hours. Screen off, in a pocket, at the bottom of a bag. The recording doesn't care.
TRANSCRIPTS, WITHOUT THE UPLOAD
Speech becomes text on the phone itself, in 11 languages. The audio never gets uploaded anywhere, including to us.
SCRIPTURE
When someone quotes a verse, Pew catches the reference and shows you the passage. Public domain translations for 21 languages are already on the device, so this works with no signal at all. A few translations are still under copyright and we can't include them; those open in bible.com instead.
NOTES
Yours go right next to the transcript, not in some other app you have to remember to open.
SEARCH
Everything you've ever recorded. By word, by who was preaching, by church.
AI NOTES, IF YOU WANT THEM
A summary, an outline, and the lines worth keeping.
This is the only part that sends anything off your phone, and what it sends is the transcript text. Not the audio. It stays off until you turn it on, and you get told exactly what happens before you agree to it. Three of these are free. After that it's part of the subscription.
FOR PASTORS
A second mode for planning ahead: series, passages, and the notes that go with them.
WHAT ISN'T IN HERE
No account, nothing to sign up for, no ads, no analytics.
The interface is in 35 languages and follows whatever your phone is set to. You can also just pick one in Settings.
