The app doesn’t work. I contact the customer support and relayed the problem and the problem still persist

Tried registering - put name, email and NI, but get msg “the given data was invalid” ??
Not working
Tried to sign up. Filled out my phone number, email and national insurance number. Getting a pop up saying invalid data.

Excellent app and company. App is easy to navigate and self intuitive

App is good but doesn’t work well on ios, have reported it still waiting for something to be done
