Doesn’t allow saving of favorites
Save my favorite players but every time I open the app they are unsaved.

New version poor
A new version has been released which won’t allow me to set up a Fan account to select favourite players, which I was previously doing. The link to setting up a Fan account just hangs.

Missed on the basics
A new logo is great and all but basic functions like being able to star and follow players (only available if you have a player ID) and the navigation is still not good at all. Please stop asking me every time I open the app to turn on notifications. I do not want them.

This app is forever freezing, not moving between pages and generally frustrating that I won’t use it anymore.

Only just downloaded to get tee times for the pga instead of having to search it all and it keeps saying, updating when go to use it. Updating what? I just got it. Tried tonnes of times and same issue. God, how can you even have this app up for purchase?? Useless.

Virtually unusable unfortunately. Tap on a player in leaderboard and cannot go back.

This could be a good app but it’s very poor at updates, match info, player info.

Terrible app. Without doubt the worst of all the world tours! Rarely works without significant issues & now trying to follow the Australian Open & doesn’t update, freezes all the time. Surely you can employ someone to create an app that works!

Absolutely awful. Clunky, always has trouble refreshing. Just find the current leaderboard in your browser and delete this app
Bad app
Have had this app for several years now and now I find myself Not using it as it is slow and hard to navigate around compared to the EuropeanTour app (and that is not much better) or the uspga one which is clearly the best to see what is happening and where and when whilst always being able to read articles. Unlike auspga which is full of rubbish videos and very few articles. This app needs major work and or the aus pga needs a new app developer. I can find out scores 3-4 times as fast on the EuropeanTour app. Rediculous.

The Tournament entry process for Professional events is now so simple with this App. All information, tee times, results and linked documents are easy to view and access. Great work PGA Aus 👍🏼
