Slow, unresponsive, and above all, completely unnecessary!
Not everything needs an app! And if you're going to ask guests to use one, it needs to work!

For a 5-star hotel, this app looks like I could have designed it myself, and I’ve only ever built one app. Mystifying UI design choices (restaurant menus, experiences, etc…). Clunky.
