Paid for a game that wouldn’t let you go forward. Was halfway thru with it. Waste of money.

I’m updating my review to tell you that I opened a ticket on the support website. I feel it was a waste of time because nothing has been fixed with the unlock button issue and I’m not sure how much more detail one can give with telling you the unlock button does not work!!!! I haven’t even gotten a response from you guys! What gives???

Deleted by the 4th scene

Too dark to see anything. Objects don’t register that you touched them. This game irritated me so bad that I couldn’t even finish the free trial.

Can’t Unlock Full Version

I really liked what I could play so far, but the Unlock Now button will not work. It starts to load and then takes me back to the main menu page. There is also no option to buy the full version on the App Store. When it try to click on the game in the Domini Games App, it then links to a completely different game.

Not for me

Sorry guys but I did not like this game. Graphics were fuzzy on ho scenes and cluttered plus who has a tap penalty anymore? I was really hoping I’d enjoy this since it’s by EIPIX and a first by them in a long while but just not for me. I was never really a huge fan of theirs but did enjoy the phantasmat series. Just my opinion we all have one. Others might love it so I encourage everyone to at least try it.

A low bar to clear

Things have gotten pitiful in the HO game world when I’m giving 4 stars just because the game is functioning properly. But that’s what it has come down to when you-know-who (initials B F) can’t even offer a game that actually works.
I was happy to see the latest Phantasmat and that it wasn’t being offered through Big Fish. And I enjoyed the trial period enough to unlock the game, but now I’m just not enjoying it for reasons that I can’t put my finger on. So since I have no specific or legitimate complaints, I’m giving the game 4 stars.

Yay Phantasmat is back!

Love it, can we get MYSTERY CASE FILES next PLZ!!!!!' Love EIPIX games but I wonder if they'd consider changing the HOPS a little.. whenever I zoom in & find an object the screen automatically scrolls out, and sometimes I find objects by accident when I'm just trying to zoom in, it can be a little frustrating, but sure why they do that, the other games don't..

I really want to continue but don’t want to lose all of my progress by starting over. It is a great game except for this.

Glad to see Eipix back

I was not aware that this game was out until a few days ago, while browsing for new games in play store. I was happy to see Eipix games are back. Although this game was rather dark and often hard to see items, I enjoy the storyline, and this series has always been rather dark. The length was ok and the HO scenes and games were interesting and varried. Also, there was a collectible in each scene. Hope to see more from Eipix soon.

Just want to give a shout out to LynxMinx.

Congratulations to me! My baby is finally here! When I saw the EIPIX logo I cried. So everyone had better thank me for all the grueling work I put in to do this deal for Oleg. Because if you don’t I won’t bother to do a Mad Head deal.
Let’s be objective. It’s Phantasmat, so of course the graphics were dark. You’ve obviously forgotten EIPIX. The storyline was interesting, and the horror genre is a nice change from the cookie cutter Domini games. The map functioned perfectly well. There was a slight lack of touch sensitivity on the gameplay interface, but it really was not all that much. Inventory usage was unusual, and there was an excellent variety of HO scenes and puzzles. The tasks were enjoyable to accomplish. However, the game was extremely brief inclusive of the bonus adventure. In addition, Oleg, where is the strategy guide? I do not believe there was one, or if so it did not function at all. By this time nobody should need one, but that is not the point.
I enjoyed this game despite the downsides. My review will stand at a 4 and I always rate objectively! Once again, kudos to me!
Now remember, I had better see acknowledgments if you want me to work on a deal for those Mad Head games, because a little gratitude goes a long way.
