Application keeps staying the network is down
I don’t know what you all did but it doesn’t work anymore. I cannot even change my password or even try to get to your website. Please advise.
Garmin info doesn’t download to my Mac
I bought this more to use on my Garmin than on my phone. I did everything I was supposed to. I registered and set a password. I verified my account. I tried to download info for my Garmin; the download didn’t happen. Tried to contact support. Support requires ID and password. Login tells me my email and password don’t match. This is useless if I can’t download and can’t get help. I want my money back.

Developers arrogant and belligerent
App is a joke. Poorly and hastily made. See other negative reviews. Map is very small, almost useless. Its overshadowed by all the other junk that should be on its own separate page. Developers not open to feedback. developers are bullies. Is the app made by ex cons? App should be pulled from the store. Use Trapster instead it's free and it's awesome!
Edit. Finally the app will be pulled. I received a whiny email about them complaining. I blocked them. I am surprised people put up with this app for so long.

Frustrated DC driver. App works. Very needed
My customer showed me this app and I must say I could ha e used it 3 tickets $300 worth before. I’ve been using app for a while now and so far no tickets. Accurate and in your face visual and audio alerts. Very good for speed traps and speed cams.
Also love the live traffic cam feed. Nice to know if traffic is bad or if snow is removed from roads. Overall, useful app. Would definitely recommend it if you drive and hate the big brother cabs grab in the name of safety. Am keeping my cash where it belongs... in my pocket! Lol

I am a lifetime member of PhantomAlert but I have not used it for sometime because for the past 18 years I’ve been in the role of a caregiver . I’m trying to get my life together and I decided that I would re-download PhantomAlert. When I first entered my user’s name I initially created my account and a new password, everything work well for about a week the app performed great. Now the trouble began. The app began asking me to sign in with my users name and password and now I get the message stating (Invalid users and password.). After repeatedly trying to logged in, I am now being told that my account has been suspended. I was then ask to contact support but when asked for my users name which I never changed, I am now told my account is suspended for reasons unknown to me. Now, I am at a stalemate I’m at a point wher I can’t contact the website at all. I rush customer support would contact me to solve my problem.

Could not even register. Got an Error
When I tried to register for the app it gave me an error and said it could not connect to the server.
FINALLY!
Finally found a app that is Stable! I use this app along with a Cobra iRad radar detector. When compared to radar detector alerts, it's pretty accurate! As for the negative reviews, use with a radar detector for comparison results. If you travel the same roads a lot, you should be confident with this app. I will eventually upgrade to the lifetime subscription. I give this app 6 stars ******

Downloaded and worked once tried to use it the second time and would not log me in tried contacting the company but the web address was non function so I will try to take this case to PayPal and apple to get my refund for a 1 year purchase of $30 such a waste of time and money for this app.
NICE APP
THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE UPDATE IS THE ABILITY TO REMOVE POLICE ALERT IF THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE. EVER MILE SOMEONE POST THAT THERE ARE POLICE.

Please make an update to make me zoom out my current position and be able to navigate the map however I desire without the app returning at ALL times to my current position. It’s driving me freaking insane! I will pay for the full version ONLY if this update will be made. I am using the latest version of iOS on Iphone 8, so NO excuses on your part. Get it done.

Waste time
Not accurate, in my first time I used did not show me 2 railroads I knew (I remark railroad because that’s why I tried it) but it shows me two wrong school zones. Anyway it is too expensive for something is not accurate 👎🏽

This is no more than a toy game.. That's why they say the cops don't have a problem w/it. It shows check points in the same place everyday & I have never seen one.👀👎🏻

I gave 5 stars so it would show up. This app is useless I paid 29.99 for a yr used it all weekend and went through 3 road blocks that occurred in 2 states. Do not purchase as I've requested a refund! Let's see how this goes. I'm totally disappointed that this is allowed for people to get misled and their money taken! Shame on you
