Lengthy, unintuitive: why do they make it hard?
A lengthy, tedious process to go through. Not how more difficult they could have done it. Fire the software developers! If buying products in your store was “that simple” )which is what they tell us about this app:”it is very easy”), nobody would buy your products. Since it is that challenging to fill it (it it long and the app messes up all the time), well, why shall we buy at your store?
