Disappointing
The app never works! It constantly has pop-ups to other websites and cannot get any content to load. So frustrating
Doesn’t Work At All
I wish I could rate it less than one star. Only the front page loads and then it doesn’t respond except once in a while it links to a YouTube video about how great Pharmacist Letter is.

Worst app
This app used to work well for me a few years ago. It has been at least two to three years since I couldn’t use it because it opens up random webpages and freezes. I have to use the actual Pharmacist’s Letter web page in a browser to do my CE’s. What’s the point in having an app then?

The fact that it cost so much to subscribe to this service just to get hands down the worst functioning app I’ve ever encountered is laughable. These people need to be ashamed of themselves.
Basic APP Many Flaws
In this day and age a basic app shouldn’t have this many issues. Like many others, I find the opening of a blank webpage with every click on a link to be overly annoying. In addition, I’ve tried to do several on demand webinars to find they don’t load nor have sound if left running on the page within the app. I much prefer CEs I can listen to, and with all of those not working I don’t feel like I’m getting what I paid for.

App not user friendly
I love pharmacist letter and the amazing, concise info that all the pharmacists and healthcare professionals work hard to create but the app is painful to use. Every click in the app opens a blank internet page and you must navigate back to the app to view the info. It also takes a long time to navigate to the information that you need. Please work on improving the app.

Not supported, very glitchy
This app hasn’t been updated in years. Used to be great, but now the only way to use the great Pharmacist Letter content is on the web. Don’t bother with this app.
Horrible app
Archaic app, some days will not even load. Hasn’t improved in years. Like a super slow internet explorer. Maybe power pak is better.
Super slow
Basically cannot do CE on this app at all. It opens an ad in the browser separately every 10- 15 seconds and does not load content. Regardless of signal. Awful app.
Booooo
Used to be simple/basic app but easy/able to use. Now hard to navigate and every link pressed opens new web page taking you out of the app. Quality control! Needs to be fixed or remove from store. Horrible as it is.

Frustrated with this app…. $200 + dollars for easier access to achieve CE requirements , not trouble shoot the app every time i need to use!

I have never ever left a review of an app, but this is terrible that I felt the need to write one. I cannot click on anything without a blank link opening in safari. It is completely not user friendly, to the point that it is unusable.
Somehow Even Worse Now
Up until recently, the app had just been clunky and slow to load content. Now, you cannot make it through any in-app menu selections without an ad window popping up in your internet browser. It has always been easier to use the mobile site, but now the app is completely unusable. Please help this poor app

Log out issues
The app opens a web page repeatedly and continues to require you re-log in any time you’re taking a quiz.

Any clocking of link sends you to the internet. Annoying and prevents me from using on phone
App no longer works
The app is unusable. With every click I make, a blank page is opened in my browser to some kind of AI marketing platform.

App login doesn’t work 99% of the time. Navigation is also terrible. Content is decent - if you can access it.
