Most camera apps try to mimic physical cameras in their controls. Not Phase. We’ve designed Phase to use natural habits and gestures that help you shoot better and faster. There's no more hunting for finicky controls while the opportunity slips away. You choose the functionality you need: • Zoom • Exposure • Brightness • Contrast • Saturation • White Balance Phase's aspect ratio slider means you no longer have to turn your phone sideways to take landscape photos. For black and white shots, contrast, brightness and exposure sliders help you get a perfect shot: • one-button activation • choice of medium (digital or film) • computational photography adjustment Phase also supports the use of Color Maps — paste any gradient from a web page to get subtle or extreme color treatments. Phase can help you get shots that were simply impossible before. With zoom up to 100x and quick access to brightness and contrast, you can take pictures of: • your child onstage or at a soccer game • a bird you're trying to identify • a friend rappelling down a cliff Finally, Phase can be a huge help if you're doing work around the house. It's optimized for one-handed use, and with Phase's flashlight functionality, you can get pictures of behind the sink, under the bed and other awkward or inaccessible places.
