PHCLink Reader

PHCLink Reader gives first responders instant, offline access to a patient's emergency medical profile at the point of care. When a person wears or carries a PHCLink NFC card or wristband, first responders tap their iPhone to the card to instantly display critical health information, including allergies, current medications, chronic conditions, blood type, emergency contacts, and advance directives such as do-not-resuscitate status. No account, no login, and no internet connection required. Profile data lives entirely on the physical PHCLink card and is decoded locally on the responder's device. Nothing is transmitted to or stored on a server.
