It is ridiculous that it only works with IPhone 17.

Easy to bank via app
I do all my banking via the PCB app. It’s user friendly and does everything I need.

It is difficult to do transfers. They should add Zelle or some functionality for quick transfers.

I love the new app. There are many new features including the ability to set up a card or spending alert, which can come as a push notification. I also like being able to communicate via the app regarding my account or transaction. This is a big improvement from the old app!
Very customizable
The two step verification to log in only happens once if you click the box to “remember” your gadget. I like how I can move things around and put the stuff I want to see at the top. When I click on the Accounts tab, it shows the totals for all of my accounts combined plus the balance in each one. Transferring money is easy and I like the message feature so I can start a chat with someone if I have a question. Nice upgrade!

Awesome new app
Love the new look of PCB’s mobile app and online banking! The dashboard gives you all your information in one glance and I can arrange it the way I want it. The card alerts put me in control of my debit cards. I appreciate the added security since this is my financial information. Thanks PCB!
Nightly Maintenance
The whole point of online banking is so you’re able to access your account whenever you need to. 7 PM almost every night is ridiculous. This app clearly wasn’t actually finished before they forced us to switch from the old one.

Went backwards with new app
It seams the new app was designed to allow more space for advertising. The new app is convoluted and does nothing to make the app function better. I’m actually considering changing banks.

Not a fan
I don’t like that you can’t not see a total of all accounts. Only amounts per account.
