Love except it’s broken
I love using this app. It helps a lot with finding that symmetry for brows, but it’s broken everytime I try to use it now, I’m really bummed because it was the best. I wish they would fix their app
App not working
Every time I have to do the drop down for language then it doesn’t work or load it just gives an error message 404?
It’s great when it actually works
Every time you open the app it asks you to choose a language. Seriously, why is it asking me that every single time??? Not only does it ask, but when I press the drop down menu it’s blank. I have to close the app and reopen it a bunch of times before it allows me to make a selection. Nobody has time for that in the middle of an appointment

Update ???
I guess they updated the app and now it asking me to select a language but there aren’t any language options. I’m stuck on a blank screen.

Can’t even log into the app tried every way and there was an error with every single one.
Not great
In principle, it’s a great idea for a measuring tool, but is not user friendly and the interface is terrible. It doesn’t take fore-shortening into account when taking pictures, so one minute the eyebrows are even and the next minute they aren’t, because you took the picture from a slightly different angle. The head shape that you are meant to aim over the clients head isn’t even head shaped. When you zoom in, and try to move the image to the side, it suddenly starts to move really fast. It can also never decide if you are trying to move the lines or move the image behind. What would be helpful is if the lines had specific tabs on them that you could hold when you want to move them, so the app doesn’t get so mixed up between the lines and the clients image.

Cancel subscription
I can’t cancel my subscription.
Unable to download app.
After uploading the app, the verification button/link that is supposed to be sent via email to verify your app account does not come through. It’s literally a blank email with no link or button to confirm.
Appointment
The appointment section is a hassle. I can’t change the date. Can’t take appointment for today. The appointment date is not on the date is suppose to be. For the price I pay I need this to be fixed

I can’t seem to edit or delete a customer’s treatment info
Does not work
Has anyone even tested this app? I couldn’t even create a profile as a new user. Hopefully they put more effort in designing their products than they do at designing apps

I thought it was an app to try out eyebrow shapes but no, I think it’s a MLM?
