Is this a scam?
It looks like somebody used to scanner to create a picture of the remote for the app and none of the buttons responded
Only works if TV is already on
Works great for free if the tv is already on. However even if your connected and the tv shows up on the app it won’t turn your tv on so kinda pointless at that point.

Hi, Some Philips TVs include a setting that allows them to be turned on using external connections. You can check this under Settings → Network & Internet (or Wireless & Networks) → Wake on Wi-Fi / Switch on with Wi-Fi → On. After enabling this option and keeping the TV connected to Wi-Fi in standby mode, remote power-on may become available.🙏✨ Lily from osApps

Works great but the constant Ads make it impossible to do anything fast or to click more then once before you get another Ad
