Stopped working
Radio stopped working. Game start notifications stopped working (while I kept receiving the useless notifications). Just deleted the app. I guess I’ll stop consuming 76ers content.

$$$tickets plus new phone
I have been a Sixer season ticket holder since Allen Iverson 2001. Liked this app on my phone but now I am wasting time and money because I had no warning of an upgrade of system. That upgrade is making me have to get a new phone. Really would have been a decision maker if known along with all this arena vitriol. Not a good time to add aggravation to life. A heads up would have helped.

October 2024 Update
This app has done nothing but glitch since the Ticketmaster update. Please fix this ASAP. I have been trying to get my brickin’ chick’n reward and the app just shuts down. First home game and disappointed with this app
Continues to get worse by the day
App is barely useable. Have to login almost every time to use it, always crashes. Have to scroll through all the games to get to the current game to get your tickets. Too much going on and none of it does anything. Ticketmaster also stinks. Start from scratch for a new app, can’t be any worse.

This app use to be the best. Now nothing works. The front page is so confusing, pressing on links don’t work. The feature to manage your tickets don’t work. It doesn’t update correctly all the way to your tickets are not available. Whatever the last few changes were made this app non-useful. Sad because this was one of the better team sports app. Fix it please.

Invalid and not secure ICS URL
The ICS URL address for the 2023-2024 76ers season is not valid, so my iPhone will not subscribe to it. It is not secure; it has an “http” instead of an “https” in the address. I cannot subscribe and put the schedule on my calendar.

I’m sitting here in the 2nd row at the game. Upon arriving at my seat there was a notecard with instructions on how to order food to my seat. The app simply does not work for this purpose, very frustrating as I wasted time watching dealing with this disaster.
Used to work, now it’s junk.
Previously useful app now has bugs, pop ups, annoying “features”. Repeatedly asks user to log in. Top link immediately jumps to the next game after time expires, so you have to dig into the calendar to see a box score. Standings no longer update correctly (often weeks behind). Live box score has formatting issues. Everything looks like an advertisement - what used to be a straightforward app with helpful info is now an ugly mess.

I miss Tom McGinnis. Please fix this ASAP or please explain why this happened and how to get the Sixers on the radio. Should be free! Or included in app or for a small fee like the Phillies app. But should be FREE dammit, you are already getting paid at every turn for our fan loyalty through commercials after commercials after merchandise etc etc
