Can’t access account
If you forget your password there’s a link provided for that, but, if you forget your username you can’t use the app. It doesn’t ask you if you’ve forgotten your username. And if you need to reset your password bc you’ve forgotten it,they ask for your username and your email so I can’t even get in anymore because I don’t remember my username or my password. And there is no clue what your username might be. It’s been a while since I’ve used the app bc of covid.
