Buggy

Why must the password be exactly 8 characters (not minimum), don’t you hash them!? Also why must I sign in every single time. Terrible app

Thank you for the feedback, we will take a look into the password character issue and work to adjust this. The consistent sign in issue has been fixed and as long as you have the latest version of the app you should be set to only sign in once every 30 days!

Terrible

The app never works. I have to go to the ticket window at the stadium to get my tickets. Even the review process is bad. It wants me to add a nickname

Worst app possible

It won’t let me load into anything, and every time I type my email to log in, it states “Oops something went wrong”

Not sure there is a worse app

I’m not sure I’ve used a less user friendly app. Literally takes 15 mins to find your tickets. Worst UI/UX I’ve seen. Doesn’t make me want to go through this hassle again - not worth the trip and expense.

Login (everytime!!!!!!!)

Why do I have to login in and enter my password every time I open the app? I have facial recognition to open my phone and can even assign it to the app individually. It’s ridiculous. Welcome to 2005. If we are going backwards then let’s go all the way!!! Give me paper tickets (they worked better anyway) dump crooked Ticketmaster and save us some money by firing the annoying muppet/mascot. Cmon login every time? Really?

That you for the feedback, we've issued an update that now only has you sign in 1x per month. We are working to integrate face ID and/or a "remember me" feature to allow smoother login experiences in the future. Thank you for your patience while we work to better the user experience with the app!

This new app is Terrible

I get signed out constantly. Then we trying to sign back in I get an account locked message and have to wait a few days before signing in. Very glitchy and frustrating

You should only be getting logged out 1x per month with the latest version of the app and we are working to add a "remember me" and/or face ID option for easier log ins in the future! Horrible

Please go back to having the tickets on Ticketmaster. Impossible to transfer tickets. App constantly crashes.

When I buy tickets on StubHub, why does a transfer to Ticketmaster then send me to the Flyers app and then the password doesn’t work ridiculous purchases should be in the StubHub app. IT knucklehead cost me to retire early.

Been waiting for this app

I’ve been waiting for an all in 1 app for the Flyers! Some bugs here and there but I’m sure they will get ironed out over time!

Lifelong Flyers’ Fan

Best app in hockey. Have used the old NHL skinned app and it doesn’t give me the unified experience. Hey Flyers… Keep adding more functionality into the app. It changes the experience in a positive great way.

Well made app, randomly logs me out and won’t let me log back in saying my password it wrong. I’ve changed it at least five times and still can’t get in to my account

Very Buggy

This new all in one app is terrible. It is very buggy on my iPhone and hangs constantly. It frequently tells me my app ID and password are incorrect even though I am authenticating through my Apple password storage. I need to reset my password every 2nto 3 days. Also playing live event games during games is frustrating with all the hangs. Ruins the game experience as I am trying to play during games and end of missing action in the game. Please fix or bring back the old app that was a much better experience.
