Really disappointed with this app . I bought a smart lock 6000 series . The app won’t let me create a pin or delete it. I can understand the security implications but I cannot use this for my Airbnb . Please add the features. Thanks

1. Отвалился сканер qr кода шлюза
2. Шлюз - это вечная проблема, отваливается раз в месяц, надо постоянно перенастраивать
3. Самое приложение с логическими ошибками. Вбиваешь почту, пишет неверно, но дальше пропускает и присылает код активации, но добавить почту не дает.
Продукт кошмар - не достойный марки филипс
4. Помогает только перегрузка замка, через вытаскивание батареек

如題，一個門鎖只能綁一個帳號沒問題，但至少要給家人共享進出資訊內容，不然就無意義。

Philips scam by their exclusive distributor, end up those who bought during this period were disconnected by Philips apps, those batch was told scam by their distributor! The issue is the consumer spend money to buy the Philips brand, why we are suffering for this dispute btw tmr?
Philips can’t find their distributor and end up punished the consumer who pay money on their product! This is unacceptable and unreasonable! You are scam by your own distributor but consumer who paid and bought your products suffer! Don’t buy this digital lock, go for other brand is safe and for sure better than Philips!

Authorize distributor Technex just disappeared without notice. Having issues with cloud and no one to contact. Dont buy the lock
Scam and thrash company
Do not buy from Philips and easy key til date after I bought the digital lock the app is not working for months already and the company no longer exist. It is a scam buy at your own risk. The shop Technex is facing financial difficulties and has since closed down.
Not working well
Use to be on for it but recently suddenly not accept on the wifi video function . It made it very no convenient to me . Please fix it
cannot use google login
i signup in a samsung phone before hand and I use my google account to login. However when I come to iOS version, I am not able to choose login through google account

After the update a week ago, I cannot watched my downloaded video by going into “Album.” Every time I tried to open “Album”, the app closes. Pls fix this as soon as possible.
