Since latest updated the app, the app are worse than before.

Doesn’t sync across multiple phones
Why doesn’t this app allow parents to sing in and sync across multiple phones/tablets? I think that syncing across devices should be a basic feature of any app.
Also, a recent bug is preventing Sparkly from changing color when a color gift is used.

Pretty Amazing!
It is a VERY good app. I am actually going to Middle School and I still use this app! The only reason it’s 4 stars is because basically to unlock just about EVERYTHING, you NEED to have the Sonicare toothbrush. I don’t have it, so it’s annoying, because I barely have ANY content. In my opinion they (the creators) should add AT LEAST two more things that everybody can use.

Great app if it worked
Ever since the updated the app to sync data -- a really important feature I'm glad that they added-- it's been buggy and slow. We get the same gift dropped over and over, preventing actual brushing. Progress gets lost a lot. My 5-year-old can't see all the background and items she's earned anymore. If she changed her Sparklie's color, out consumes the spray can, but when she got into to l the app again, it reverts get color. Same with clothes and backgrounds.
And worst it all, the sync is only quasi-reliable. It often doesn't sync between devices and then loses progress a lot.
If the fix the bugs, it's great for motivating kids to brush; if they don't, it can have the opposite effect.

Last update broke progress tracking. It no longer matters if she brushes or not.

Won’t unlock after purchase
I purchased the toothbrush in order to unlock everything in the app, but the sparkly adventures still won’t unlock. When I click on it, it just tells me to buy the toothbrush. The toothbrush has already been paired, and I am using it with the app regularly, but I still can’t get sparkly adventures.
Great concept for children who don’t have 2 households.
It would be amazing if there were a way to set a parenting schedule of some sort. Not all children have the luxury of a single household, and unfortunately not all parents have the luxury of a healthy co-parenting relationship to facilitate this app.
This game is hiding sparkly still and lost my profile and app glitching
Ever since the last time I reviewed the game it has been hiding sparkly and will not let me brush my teeth. Please fix this issue. I have reached out to customer support but no response. I also lost my profile and won’t let me brush with my new account and still is hiding sparkly. Other than that it’s is pretty cool game and I really like it. But today, after I brushed, sparkly gave me a gift, and I opened the gift and it was some donuts, and instead where the food normally goes, it went somewhere else and it was not there where it was supposed to go. I reached out to costumer support via Facebook and no response from customer support.please resolve this issue the game is also showing a blackout screen and it is showing the paused screen

Great App, BUT…
This app is great and my daughter is in love with her sparkly character. We’ve seen excitement over brushing her teeth. My frustration is that I cannot log into the parent portal. I have get to where it wants me to log in, but no keyboard pops up. This keeps to my daughter feeling very sad that she couldn’t get credit for a morning brushing she did without the app. I hope this can be resolved.

Nice app
Occasionally there is an issue with the app - sound continue playing while picture is frozen. Last time I noticed, this happened after another notification popped up (iOS)
Otherwise it’s good app, my kid start washing its teeth much better compared to use of electric brush without app.

Freezing
My daughter loves this app, and happily brush her theet since do it for Sparkly. Hopefully a new update will resolve the new problem and prevent freezing Sparkly.
Animations all choppy
Same phone/OS but lately the animation is all choppy which causes more strife at tooth brush time. Now I regret this purchase as it’s just another obstacle getting through brushing.

Loses Function
We’ve been using this app for a couple years and the longer we use it the worst it becomes. We’ve lost most of the prizes. We previously won and often cannot get it to connect to other devices. It also maxes out and stops giving you costume and scenery awards. It has just been food and paint for years.

Frustrating
My daughter absolutely loved this app when she got her toothbrush but recently has become frustrated that the colour scheme, background and accessories that she selects for her sparkly no longer save and when she goes back in it has reverted back to purple. As she says what’s the point in having all the different add ons when you can’t personalise it.
