The brush is goshted and is not showing sparkly the support is not responding and I have contacted them a billions of times and still won’t answer my questions great app other wise I also get a error saying that I can’t feed sparkly and I can’t get rid of the error. The new backgrounds look good and I like it the neon background the most and I love the rainbow color please make a neon ears and neon paint to go with the background and Make a way to remove the voice in the background
Also the toothbrush on the sink map is glitching every time I take sparkly to the dentist and also manifests the tablet in black.I don’t know if it’s normal or not but I would like it if it didn’t have a glitch and it is not giving me any gifts sparkly just simply smiled and did not do anything besides smiling at me.

Wants to be a game
I would love to be able to lock some of the game options that distract from the benefits of this app. Instead of brushing teeth, our kid runs off with my phone and plays with the voice modifier. It's a struggle every night and there is nothing short of hovering over him to snatch it away that deters him from goofing off with the app rather than just BRUSHING HIS TEETH. The pet is fine but the app just adds to his screen time right before bed. Please add some parental controls to turn off side features!

I have a 2550 streak and I’m about to lose my streak because I can’t ask for credit if it’s past the time I would like if you could fix that because if you brush but don’t finished 2 min you can’t ask for credit thank you I love this app
Fantastic app BUT…….
We accidentally deleted my daughter’s profile. Well my son pressed delete and I put my pin in because I thought that was the only way out of the locked out screen at the time. After much research we have now lost her sparkly of 6 years of building.
She now is so deflated and would love to know how to restore her beloved character. She is so upset and now hates using her toothbrush.
Can you please find out how we can restore her character.

Great app for any toothbrush!
We got the sonicare electric toothbrush for kids and it’s super cute because it comes with stickers and it’s a great step up from a regular toothbrush after our eldest had two cavities. I got the app to go with it. I have a different type of electric toothbrush that also does mapping while I brush so I expected this one to do that too but it does not. I imagine that type of technology is coming, but this does not have real time mapping. But it works great! My youngest even does it with his normal toothbrush because you can use any kind of toothbrush with the app. It’s been a great motivator to get the kids to brush morning and night because they want to feed their sparkly and dress it up and get the prizes and see if they can get new stuff that they’re waiting for. For those who might be a little sensitive to sound and sensory stuff I would just turn the volume down as it can feel a little rushed for some. They even have coloring pages you can print! A huge win for our family! We are hooked! Thank you sonicare!!

It tracks fitness and who knows if it might blackmail them about calendars overall it’s great we use it and it’s a great motivation
My daughter loves this!
Getting my daughter out of the bath and ready for bed can sometimes be a battle, but oh my gosh she LOVES her new toothbrush and brushing her Sparkly’s teeth via the app. It is teaching her how to clean the full range of her teeth and for the full time. Can’t recommend the app enough!
Parents Dashboard Doesn’t Work
The app works great for kids, however Parent Dashboard doesn’t allow me to login

Love the idea- but this app really lags and drives me insane. To the point I dread using it. It works for my kiddo, but the parent app is super slow. I have a yellow notification but there is nothing to approve- this also drives me insane. This app could for sure use an update
Great app needs a little work
I love the idea and the concept. There is way less of a struggle to have my kids brush their teeth. They even ask me to brush their teeth. The character is adorable and the whole idea around it is genius!! I love how they can feed it and it teaches great dental hygiene!! But There are some bugs that need addressing. The only country we can select is Australia. It sometimes has a hard time connecting with the toothbrush. My child can create all sorts of new accounts but I can’t delete them. I highly recommend!! I just hope they fix these bugs!!

This app is garbage
Its full of bugs. Issues when syncing the state, in play bugs with the character does not get the applied color, cleaning simulation not starting along with the brush button clicked.

INCREDIBLE! But laggy
I was trying to ask for credit on the calendar and it took 13 seconds (not to be exact long) but usually it was like WHOOSH done but now it like ………….. done. Also I have to force quit to connect my toothbrush like HUH I also want you to add for food and clothes and background items and maybe filters like you can look like your sparkly now enough yapping for me. Just wanted to let you know

Latest update cannot connect to the toothbrush
The app is nice to have and is a good motivation for kids, with lots of collectibles, however the latest update broke the experience:
- it no longer connects to the toothbrush, only 5% of the time. The rest of the time I have to trigger “manual mode” which is out of sync
- it no longer lets you skip a tip interstitial before brushing, slowing down getting started
- when applying spray paint it now displays a confirm dialog; which my kid naturally presses the red X to discard the change, as other dialogs have trained them to do so

Kids love it. I hate it
It’s really fun for the kids. But I have two little ones (3&4) that need supervision to brush. So they are doing it together at the same time
But I only have one device for them to watch. They both want to open the gift at the end of brushing and choose how the character looks. I wish I could just manually update their streak and have them both earn rewards on their own profile. There doesn’t seem to be a simple way around this headache.

Too much for 5 year olds and under GARBAGE for 6 and older
Doesn’t sync across multiple phones
Why doesn’t this app allow parents to sing in and sync across multiple phones/tablets? I think that syncing across devices should be a basic feature of any app.
Also, a recent bug is preventing Sparkly from changing color when a color gift is used.
