Stopped recording after one memo
Not sure what is going on but it no longer works for more than a few seconds. I also can’t delete files.

Slow buggy
The app is slow buggy and takes takes so long to load. It will not record consistently. It needs to have bug fixes. Philips has been notoriously slow in catching up with new iOS releases.

Sometimes the app doesn’t load so can end up losing all your work
Gone off this app, sadly
This app has started to crash on me. I see that the latest bug fix was supposed to deal with this, but mine only started crashing since the fix was announced. I do have the up to date version. Having to look at alternatives now as I can’t risk losing work and time. Unless you can advise?
Keeps freezing
So the last few recordings I have tried have been hard work, every time I stop and try to record again it freezes. I’ve had to turn off the app, go back into the recording and add on notes that way. It’s incredibly frustrating. Not sure if it’s to do with my recent iOS16 update, but if it carries on like this, I’ll have to find a new recorder which is a shame as this app was ticking all the boxes

Be careful
If you are recording important information you could lose it all for some bug in the app. I record a lot and i have lost around 3 important recorders. Yes i had to lose 3 records in order to realize the bug in the app.

App deletes recordings, controls are clunky and vague, No support
At the end of a very long recording, I tried to add another thought and the app ERASED the earlier 30 minutes of work and replaced it with my 5 second final thought. No way to get it back.
Unreliable lately
Lately the App is "losing" my dictation if I pause for more than a few minutes. It MAY appear again days later. Or may not. Sent a trouble ticket to Phillips 2 days ago. No word.
What more could you need
This App has been indispensable to my growing business. Together with the Philips SpeechLive service, it allows me to send all of my dictation directly from my phone to my admin team - with complete security, ticking all GDPR boxes along the way! The intuitive button layout and the ability to amend and organise my dictations is unrivalled by any other application I have tested. I hear rumours that an update version is soon to be released and I am truly excited to see how this can be developed into an even more valuable tool. Perhaps image attachment? That truly would set this apart from the competition... One thing is for sure, this app gets a thumbs up from me!

Used to be good but now has a bug
When you press pause part way through a dictation, then resume, rather than continuing with the same recording it starts a seperate new recording
Also when you press a button in the app it often doesn’t respond - result being that you often have to press the same button 2 or even 3 times before it registers.
App never had these problems before. In one of the updates they’ve made it worse rather than better

Recipient’s email address
This is a good app. I’d like to see a drop down list for recipient email addresses, located under the Dictation Hub tab.
I have two secretaries and have to manually type and retype their email address depending on who I want to receive the dictation file.

Important audio disappeared while sending.
I had thought this app was quite good and a life saver when I needed to record quickly. I tried to send a really really important peace of evidence to a insurance company and a window popped up saying it was too large and the audio disappeared. It’s completely gone 1245 are there but 3 has gone. I am so sick.

It’s a dumb app
When I want to share a recorded voice to a messenger،it warned me that the file is more than 10 mb , doesn’t sent and then erased that file whiteout any warning , what should I do now ؟
Last update a bit problematic
I’ve been using this in my medical practice for about 4-5 months now, and the last update made the “mark as final” feature not work anymore. I’ve sent a note to Philips, but no response from them. Still works well, but it’s kind of annoying to not be able to see which dictations have been sent and which haven’t. I’ll keep using it, and hope they fix it with the next update...

New update breaks app
New update has caused the app to constantly freeze up. Please correct this glitch.

DON’T trust this garbage app especially if you are recording through Express feature, you will miss many files and you will not them because the app will not save them!
