User reviews

Abandoned?

Stations, alerts, and accessibility tabs spin endlessly without populating anything. App appears non-functional.

Response from developer

Hello, the app is not abandoned. There may have been a temporary issue at the time. We have a new version available which works much better than the one you were running. I hope you will update and try out the app again. If so, leave me an updated review to tell me your thoughts 😀

Great potential and design, but inaccurate information.

The app looks aesthetically great, but the times on the schedules are not up to date per current posted schedule and provide inaccurate information.

Response from developer

Hi Mcmcowboyfan. This app gets schedule data directly from PATCO. This is true of Apple Maps and Google Maps as well. At the present time, PATCO hasn’t updated the data to use the new schedule. We have repeatedly requested them to update it. Until then, you may find the schedule off by no more than a few minutes. An alert was posted in the app about this. We hope you can reconsider your review.

Literally my companion

This app makes updates and schedule viewing easy and convenient!

Response from developer

I’m happy to hear you’re still enjoying the app. Thank you for using PATCO Companion!

Convenient

Been using Patco for years nothing to give me a reason to complain.

Response from developer

Thanks for the review and for using my app!

Saved the day!

I was running late for a job interview. Patco Companion helped me reach my destination with accuracy and time to spare! Thank you Mr. Patco Companion owner! 😊

Response from developer

I’m glad you find it useful. Thanks for using PATCO Companion!
