V6 Broke this
Pihole’s newest version broke this app.
Nice tool
Works fine with the latest version of pihole. I am currently on 5.18.4
Had a spinning wheel first time I tried to connect, but found out that I had a typo in the host name.
Maybe a good idea would be to throw an error after a timeout instead of trying indefinitely.
As an info tool not too bad. Just the lack of management options lets it down a bit.

Does not work
Just sits whirling trying to get data from the Pinhole and screen real estate is all misaligned with zero data. Seems to be incompatible with the latest versions of Pi-hole.

It took long but works now.
Since several months there was no functionality and the promised update took very very long. But now ist works again!
Now working fine again.

Leider hat die APP seit mehreren Wochen keine Funktion mehr. PiHole hat die API geändert doch leider scheint der Entwickler bisher dies noch nicht umgesetzt zu haben. Ich hoffe das bald ein Update erfolgt. So lange wird die APP gelöscht bleiben.
Unfortunately, the APP has no function for several weeks. PiHole has changed the API but unfortunately the developer does not seem to have implemented this yet. I hope that soon an update is made. So long the APP will remain deleted.

No custom port support
Doesn’t connect on a custom port, it doesn’t accept the Pihole address in the form IP_address:port. This makes it unusable to me. Any plan to update?

Sorry for the problem you are facing, it is due to latest changes in Pi-hole API. I am working on an update which should be published this month

„Can‘t Connect to Pi-hole“. But all settings are correct and the Pi-hole is reachable in the network.

Thank you for the feedback. There was a small bug on Pi-hole side and it has been fixed with latest update. You should be able to use Philly as before after you update your Pi-hole to latest version.
Token Key kills the usabilty
Hi, first of all good idea and program works fine- Thank you very much. However since there’s a token key needed to run the app in a propper way, you have to enter the key within a couple of days every time again to get access to your pihole. It seems the pi changes the key every couple times. So unfortunately the app will not have access for a long time. I installed the app for myself and my wife and she always calls for me that the app doesn’t work anymore to disable temporary the pihole. So I had to reactivate the app quite often with a new token key again.
So finally good idea but not unfortunately not useful.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Normally token shouldn’t change automatically, it is not the standard Pi-hole behavior. Can you please send an email for analysis? You can find the email address in Settings section of Philly.
