simple and very basic apps about stock trading but poor and unresponsive customer service.
Where’s the charts?
I expected that I could view the charts better using my iPad but was sorely disappointed that it wasn’t even supported. The other annoying thing is can’t even viewed in Landscape view!

Cant even use the app as no one from the side of the company is responding in spite of submission of requirements for registration.
Asking for CAIF every year!
Napaka hassle every year need ko mag update ng CAIF. Nag update ako up to now pending pa din CAIF ko fo 5 months. Sa tatlong broker na na try ko COL, PHILSTOCKS and MyTade. MyTrade is the BEST. Pede ka mag apply online hindi mo na need send yung hardcopy sa kanila.

Finally! I can now use the Charts on landscape mode. I hope we get more features since there is still a lot of room in the app when using an iPad. More watchpack and Bid Ask pls.

The app needs a lot more twicking, doesn't give real time stock prices, still find myself using the web browser philstock website instead.
Wish they would also accommodate more real time crediting of accounts, of different banks crediting accounts takes awhile and you lose opportunities to purchase stocks
