I try uploading a picture i have from online but it keeps saying the data is missing. What is going on

Hi! Thanks for reporting this issue. We've identified the problem with certain downloaded images and have already fixed it in our next update coming soon. For now, you can try: Taking a photo directly with your camera instead of using downloaded images If you must use a downloaded image, try taking a screenshot of it first. The fix will automatically solve the problem in the next version. Thanks for your patience!
