Credit card declined
Tried to order from app using different credit cards all declined called store they can’t help either
Can’t log into my account
I get to the point where they send me a one time code, but the numeric pad doesn’t come up so there’s no way for me to enter it
Cannot log in
Updated to the latest version 5.0.2 and I can’t log in anymore! None of the fields let me type in any info. Tried to delete and reinstall 3 times still doesn’t work……used to be fine idk why no one is fixing the problems.
Your app doesn’t work
It is frustrating that it used to work. I earned all these points but now I can’t login. When I pressed forgot password, it sent me a code. But I can’t not type my code in the app. The keyboard doesn’t pop up. So frustrating.
