Don’t update your iPhone to IOS 26.2 it won’t work anymore

While thank you for the delete all button now and select to delete. I noticed when I delete something without opening the notification First , the notification icon still shows unread notifications.
Fix the App – It’s Unacceptable This Doesn’t Work Properly
It’s absolutely infuriating that an application costing hundreds of thousands of dollars is still unreliable, glitchy, and not fully functional—especially when it’s designed for first responders. If you’re going to roll out a critical tool like this, either do it right or don’t do it at all.
The fact that it still doesn’t properly integrate with Apple Watch is just another example of how half-baked this rollout is. This isn’t a casual app—it’s something people are supposed to depend on in emergencies. If it doesn’t alert properly, or if it bugs out when it matters most, then it’s not just useless—it’s dangerous.
Maybe someone over there can get off their hands and actually do their job. It’s long past time to put in the work and push out a real update that fixes the bugs, ensures proper Apple Watch compatibility, and makes this system stable and reliable. That’s the bare minimum anyone should expect from software that plays a role in saving lives.

Add multi-select delete
Fix the app to stop sending calls when the monitor is turned off. App keeps sending calls to the incident tab and after returning to shift I find 30-60 calls in the incident tab. Second issue, is I am unable to select all or swipe to delete which is annoying. You have to go into each call and select delete and back out for it to be deleted. This app has become a hinderance and will just delete it and stick with Pulse Point.

Does not work properly on iOS 18
When you receive a notification on the lock screen or notification center if you click on it, it will open up in the app and it will make the alert tone. The only time it would make the alert tone before iOS 18 was when you received the initial call, not when you open the app. We do not need to hear the tone again when you open the app after clicking the notification. This occurred when I upgraded to iOS 18. Please fix this.

iOS 18?
Does not work anymore after update for iOS18 was done. It was working fine until I got the new iPhone.
Deleting former notifications
The app is almost perfect in my opinion. What needs to be added is either a delete former notification by X amount of days, a swipe to delete, a check box to delete, or some sort. Think about it for security reasons that until deleted these are still showing old information l, and a long process to delete many notifications when you account for more than one unit.

Red on black
Our agency has used the app for 5+ years now. It works well for us, but most do not like the new red on black text as it is difficult to read. Personnel preferred the white background.
Gps mapping needs work
Too often when you try to navigate to the location of a call it goes to a general area instead the actual location the call is coming from. Can you all please update it to be more precise. It does the same thing whether it Google maps or Apple Maps
Great app, wish the tones were customizable!
Just got this app and it is great but the tones are really quiet, I wish they were louder and had multiple different alerting tones to choose from.
Terrible
Won’t send push notifications at all. Just randomly dropped and doesn’t work anymore. So it just sits there… terrible.
Tweak it
Make it so that only you can use your assigned activation code and you can’t be logged off. Make it so we can delete items in bulk and not one by one. Make it so when we click on the address it automatically goes to your map type selection.
Great app but…..
Two things. The app doesn’t seem to set off tone on Apple iPhone when connected to watch. Secondly, I wish there was an option to customize alerting tones. That drives me crazy! It’s just one long tone. I’ve used other alerting Fire apps and they’ve all been customizable. Come on now. Let’s get this right!!!

Cool app
It’s a cool app, and I like how it has the notes from CAD on there. Only room from improvement is to have different notification tones.

Please allow us to customize our ringtone, many people have been asking for it and I think it would be beneficial for us.
No Detail
Does not give you notes on call. Gives you only address. Not very detailed. Needs development
Incident deleting
Please please please make it possible to “delete all” or “select to delete”. It makes me not want to use the app when after a could days of being off I have to go through and individually delete each incident one at a time.
Bulk delete needed
12/5/22: The only drawback is there exists no bulk delete of incidents. If you’re a busy agency, deleting each and every incident individually is quite a pain. This app hasn’t been updated in at least a year. I don’t see app developers responding to user concerns.

All is okay. Kinda outdated almost.
Main need is a narrative from dispatch. Our old app did that. Now with this app you have only what “Samantha” says for dispatch and it’s bare, no actual info on the call itself.
